Happy Birthday Card!

I was looking through my stash of cards and I realized that I do not have any boy birthday cards.  Well that can't happen so when I saw the challenge at Artful Delight I decided that I would finally take out my later skater paper pack and make a card with it.  I am really happy with how it turned out.

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge # 82

I was playing with my Tommy paper pack and I came across this sketch.  I was so excited because I looked at my table and thought oh this would be great with this sticker.  I love it when things work out and you do not have to put to much thought into a card.

Delightful Inspiration Challenge

I was so excited when I saw this challenge.  One I have never painted on a scrapbook page and two I really NEED to start scrappin my pictures.  So as I was looking at the blogs T thought this one was perfect for this picture.  I used my scraps of Pear and Partridge paper and some leftover rub-ons. I also used the create a shade paint which I have to say I used my finger and was very impressed with how it covered and how it shines.

Rose Blossom High School Colors Challenge

Here is another challenge that I decided to play along with.  This one is from the Rose Blossom Leader and my friend Brenda Rose.  She challenged us to use our high school colors to make something with only 1 neutral color.  So my Colors are white and light blue and I decided to go with a Kraft cardstock for my base.  I am still working on my book so I took out one of my Graduation pictures and made a scrapbook page.

I hope you like it.  I sure had a lot of fun making it and trying to decide where to put these flowers. 

Rose Blossom Challenge Blog!

I am so excited to share with you what I made today using the CTMH Cricut Artsie Cartridge and some Dakota paper.  I am entering this in the Rose Blossom Challenge Blog  Check it out.  There is still 5 more days to play along.  All you need is a cricut and the Artsie Cartridge.  It is key #70 that the challenge is for this time.  Make sure you check out the great ideas that not only the DT has but also the entries.  There is some great artwork out there.  With all that said here is my take on the challenge.  I hope you like it.

Buzz and Bumble Paper Pack

I have been playing with the Buzz and Bumble Paper Pack and I found these 2 challenges and decided to play along.  I really like this paper.  The Sunset with the neutral colors was a stretch for me but I love how it turned out.The first challenge is Stuck On U Sketches This blog looks like a lot of fun.  Make sure you check it out.
